Plexilife User Guide

Introduction

Plexilife is a website that allows patients and providers to access their medical records, book appointments, and communicate with each other. The website is secure and HIPAA compliant, so you can be sure that your personal information is safe.

 

Creating Your Plexilife Account

 

1. Go to the Plexilife website and click on the “Create Plexilife Account“ button.
2. Choose to register as patient in the drop down menu
3. Enter your email address, password, and unique username and other personal details.
4. Click on the “Submit” button. You will then receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to activate your account. 
5. Your default Plexilife account will be created. It may take up to 24 hours for your account to be assigned a user role, either patient, doctor or other roles selected upon signing up. You will receive communication from Plexilife about this, and you will be able to access your preferred Plexilife services once your role has been assigned.

My Account

Your account gives you access to a variety of features that can help you manage your health care. Once you have created your Plexilife account, click on “My Account“ to access your account information and services.

You can use your account to:

• • Book appointments: You can easily book appointments with your providers by going to the “Appointments” page and clicking on the “Book an Appointment” button. You will be able to select the date and time of your appointment, as well as the provider you want to see.

• • View your medical records: You can view your lab results, imaging studies, and other medical records by going to the “My Records” page. You can also download copies of your records.

• • Pay your bills: You can view your bill history and pay your bills online by going to the “Billing” page.

• • Refill prescriptions: You can see your prescription history and refill your prescriptions online by going to the “Prescriptions” page.

• • Communicate with your providers: You can send messages to your providers and they can send messages to you by going to the “Messaging” page.

Getting a prescription delivered:

1. Sign in to your Plexilife account.
   
2. Click on the “Prescriptions” tab.
3. Enter your prescription information.
4. Click on the “Submit” button.
5. Your prescription will be delivered to your home within 24 hours.

Deleting your account:

1. Sign in to your Plexilife account.
2. Click on the “Account” tab.
3. Click on the “Delete Account” button.
4. Enter your password and click on the “Delete Account” button again.
