Our Prescription Delivery Service is a convenient way to take control of your prescriptions. Our dedicated team at Plexilife will arrange pickup and delivery of your medication to your door, ensuring you stay on track with your medication schedule. There’s no need to worry about missing a delivery, simply order your prescription then agree a date and a time that is convenient for you with the pharmacy team.

Anyone can use the Prescription Delivery Service. We offer affordable delivery packages for many of our vulnerable patients (in line with government and MOH guidance).**
The service is available in select locations around Botswana for just P89.00 for each one-off delivery or a 3 month subscription for P129.00 for an individual account. your local pharmacy team for more information.
Our Tlokweng location currently serves as the base of our Prescription Delivery Service for customers in Gaborone and locations in the greater Gaborone area. Other locations may be covered through our satellite locations round Botswana. Please check service availability in your area or join our waiting list now. It’s important that when you order your prescription, you let your GP surgery know that you would like your chosen Plexilife pharmacy to dispense your medication. You can do this by nominating your chosen pharmacy online or by speaking to your GP or the Plexilife team.

Our drivers will need to deliver the medication to the patient or previously agreed representative. If our drivers are unable to deliver your medication, it will be returned to the store where we’ll be able to arrange redelivery.

If you still receive paper prescriptions from your GP, simply continue to take these to any Plexilife pharmacy. *delivery may be made by a Plexilife delivery driver, courier or other means if a Plexilife delivery driver is not available.
You can sign up to Plexilife Online Prescriptions with your Plexilife account if you are registered with a GP in Botswana. If you do not already have a login set up, you can create one by following the steps on the screen.
Using the Plexilife Account has several benefits:
• Prescription requests are directly sent to your GP’s system, which means that they’re often approved quicker.
Do you care for a family member, friend, or loved one? With their consent, you can manage your whole family’s prescriptions from your Plexilife account.
The Plexilife Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows most GPs in Botswana to send prescriptions electronically to a designated pharmacy of your choice. You have the choice of which pharmacy you take your prescription to, or where your prescription is sent.
Your chosen pharmacy may be closest to your home or work, or you can check out if there are any midnight pharmacies or pharmacies with extended opening hours. Just choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Tell the Plexilife pharmacy team that you’d like your prescriptions sent to your requested pharmacy (you can do this at any time, with or without a prescription), or let your GP surgery know which pharmacy you’d like your prescriptions sent to.
Your prescription will be electronically sent directly to your chosen Plexilife pharmacy. We can let you know when it’s ready to collect with our free text messaging service, or have it delivered using our Prescription Delivery Service.
